Bajeev (bajeev.ws) is a licensed online gaming and Sports Betting platform in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between Bajeev and each member who uses our services. By accessing our website or app, you agree to be bound by all terms of this agreement.

To use Bajeev's services, you must:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• You must not be a resident of any country or region where online gaming is prohibited by law
• You must register using your real and accurate identity
• You must use the platform willingly and in a sound state of mind

Creating an account on Bajeev is free. During registration, you'll need to provide your full name, date of birth, mobile number, and email address. Opening an account with false information is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.

Each person may hold only one account. If the same individual or members of the same household use multiple accounts from the same device or IP address, those accounts will be flagged as duplicates and both may be suspended.

As part of KYC (Know Your Customer) verification, Bajeev may request your ID, bank statements, or other documents at any time. Identity verification is required before withdrawals can be processed. Failure to submit the required documents may delay your withdrawal.

• The mobile number and email provided at registration must be active and belong to you
• Keeping your account password confidential is entirely your responsibility
• Do not share your account access with anyone
• Transferring or selling your account to another person is strictly prohibited

Bajeev supports all major mobile banking methods in Bangladesh for deposits and withdrawals, including Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. There are no additional transaction charges.

For deposits:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500
• Maximum single deposit: ৳50,000
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly
• Only use your own payment method for deposits
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted

Regarding withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000
• Maximum daily withdrawal: ৳1,00,000
• Processing is typically completed within 1 to 24 hours
• Withdrawals may be on hold until KYC verification is complete
• Withdrawals may be restricted while an active bonus wagering requirement is in progress

Bajeev regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional deals. Each bonus comes with its own specific terms, which are detailed on the offer page. Please read those terms carefully before claiming any bonus.

General Bonus Policy:

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once
• Bonus funds must meet the specified wagering requirements before any withdrawal can be made
• Wagering requirements are typically 10x to 30x the bonus amount
• Bonus validity generally ranges from 7 to 30 days, depending on the specific offer
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless explicitly stated otherwise
• If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be voided

For referral bonuses, birthday bonuses, and other special offers, Bajeev reserves the right to modify the terms or withdraw the offer at any time. Bonuses are not a legal entitlement and are granted entirely at Bajeev's discretion.

When placing Sports Bets on Bajeev, the following rules apply at all times. These rules cover all bet types — pre-match, live betting, and special markets.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled
• If a bet is not confirmed due to a technical issue before the match starts, the stake will be refunded
• If a match is cancelled or postponed, the full stake for that bet will be refunded
• If there appears to be an error in the score or result, the final outcome will be determined by verifying against official sources
• Bajeev reserves the right to void any bet where the odds were clearly displayed in error
• Placing bets on opposing outcomes of the same match across multiple accounts (arbitrage betting) is strictly prohibited

For live betting, odds may change due to network delays. The odds at the time the bet is confirmed will be considered final. Bajeev is not liable for any network-related issues.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Bajeev. Any violation may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all deposited funds and winnings.

• Creating or managing multiple accounts
• Creating an account using a false identity or someone else's information
• Bonus abuse or bonus hunting
• Betting using match fixing or insider information
• Tampering with or attempting to hack the platform's software
• Placing bets using automated bots or scripts
• Harassing or defrauding other members
• Money laundering or transacting with funds of illegal origin

Bajeev reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate an account without notice for any of the following reasons:

• In the event of a terms violation
• If evidence of fraudulent or deceptive activity is found
• Failure to pass KYC verification or submission of fraudulent documents
• If inactive for an extended period (over 12 months)
• By order of a court or legal authority

To appeal an account termination, you must submit your appeal within 30 days to support@bajeev.wsSubmit a written request to Bajeev, and a decision will be provided within 7 business days.

Bajeev reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or an in-platform notification.

• Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms
• If you do not agree to the updated terms, you may request to close your account
